US & International shipping
Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.
International orders ship via DHL or FedEx International, shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an item leaves our studio, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages or confirmed deliveries that go missing. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes—these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Insurance is available upon request and requires a separate payment. If you'd like to insure your shipment, please email us immediately after placing your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend.
Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us and initiate a return request within 2 business days of receiving your item. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Each piece is carefully sourced, curated, and described in detail. Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Vintage and antique items may show light signs of wear consistent with age, which we believe adds to their character, charm, and history.

Layaway Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to offer a flexible layaway option on select pieces.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25–35% of the total purchase price is required to secure an item on layaway. Deposit percentage may vary depending on the item and total value.
Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be agreed upon in advance on a case-by-case basis. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed timeline.
Non-Payment / Default: If payments are not made by the agreed due dates, the layaway will be considered in default. In such cases, all payments made, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable, and the item will be returned to available inventory.
Cancellations: Layaway orders are considered final sale. Deposits and any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Completion & Shipping: Items will be shipped or made available for pickup only once the full balance has been paid.
Eligibility: Layaway is offered at our discretion and may not be available on all items.
By placing an item on layaway, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
